I have the pleasure of sharing my day with hundreds of the best romance writers. Many of the classes I attended were well-developed and informative. I met the Queen of Romance-Nora Roberts and let me tell you, I had a fan moment. I never thought I would be one of those giddy, idol worshiping gals but when she walked into the room my heart skipped a beat. As she described what it takes to be a great writer, I felt a kindred bond because many of the things she mentioned I am already doing.
I also met other favorites such as, Suzanne Elizabeth Phillips, Sylvia Day, Mary Kay Andrews and Smashwords guru Mark Coker. Tonight is the big awards ceremony and I am crossing my fingers for one of my SPF buds, Angela Quarles, RITA Finalist for Must Love Chainmail.
San Diego is beautiful and I will try to keep my Instagram updated as I head into the final day of RWA.
