Many people have asked me how I have time to write with a full time job. I admit it’s not easy finding the time to run a business, treat my patients and write my novels. I try to spend at least an hour per day-every day writing. My favorite place to write is in my study, very early in the morning before my house wakes up. The quiet time and a good cup of coffee keep me focused. I recently bought a desk treadmill and I am learning how to type and walk. Exercise and work all in one -Go me! I will keep you posted on the results!
